All rates are net/room/night quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable 10% government tax and 5% service charge

The rates are including the following benefits: Welcome drinks & refreshing towels upon arrival, daily breakfast for 2 persons per room, 4x free shuttle to Ubud centre, Wi-Fi

Rates do not include gratuities for staff, telephone calls, meals and cars/drivers Check-in time from 14.00 hrs, and check-out at 12.00 hrs. Late check-out is possible at extra cost, depending on availability.
Reservation & Payments

Once the Bali Villa Ubud receives confirmation from the guests, the villa will confirm upon receipt of the deposited funds.

The payment can be processed by Wire transfer. Any Bank transfer charges are the guests' responsibility. Once the payment has been made the guest should notify to info@balivillaubud.com

CANCELLATION POLICY

Low Season (January 6 – June 30, September 1 – December 19):
- If the cancellation occurs within 1-14 days prior to arrival, 25% total room will be charged
- No show, 50% total room will be charged

High Season & Peak Season (July 1- August 31 & December 20-January 5) :
- If the cancellation occurs within 7-21 days prior to arrival , 25% total room will be charged
- If the cancellation occurs within 1-6 days prior to arrival, 50% total room will be charged
- No show, 100% total room will be charged
